This week's Friday's Finds selectin is Richard Lischer's A Theology of Preaching. Lischer, Professor Emeritus of Preaching at Duke Divinity, was one of those profs who taught me to preach, and this book more than any other impressed on me -- twenty years ago now -- how risky preaching is. This is one of those preaching books that every preacher should re-read every few years.
